A spooky tea

LYNDHURST – The Ron Smith Care Centre hosted a special tea to celebrate Halloween.

The residents of Rand Aid’s Ron Smith Care Centre ended off October with a special Halloween-themed tea.

Ron Smith Care Centre staff member Shirley Makwarela and resident Joan Gilbert.

The spokesperson for the centre Cathy Grosvenor said, “In the week before the event, the residents were busy in the activity centre, making table decorations to create a fun, Halloween atmosphere. Pumpkin lanterns, flying bats and witch party hats were the order of the day.”
