5 April: Market on Main @ 44 Stanley
Market on Main is returning to 44 Stanley on 5 April for another night market pop-up. Your favourite market vendors will take charge and operate around the centre selling food, art, crafts, what’s even better, all the shops and restaurants will be staying open late too.
6 April: The Security Summit 2019 Hackathon
The Security Summit 2019 Hackathon is open for registration and on the search for young, talented individuals in the tech security arena. 7 April: Pan-African Rum Festival
It’s time to take your senses on a culinary journey at the 3rd annual Pan-African Rum Festival. 7 April: The Sleeping Beauty
International guest artists Anaïs Chalendard and Florimond Lorieux will dance the leading roles in three performances of Joburg Ballet’s new staging of The Sleeping Beauty during the upcoming season, running from 29 March–7 April. The 10-performance run is made possible by a grant of over R1 460 000 from the National Lotteries Commission and will see three performances accompanied by the Johannesburg Philharmonic Orchestra.
