Once a month, Jameson Irish Whiskey sheds light on the best ways to enjoy its blend. The brand partners with bartenders all over the world to share their favourite cocktail recipes each month.
This month’s cocktail was created for the colder months by international bartender George Booth from Lo-Jo’s Social, a renowned cocktail bar in Copenhagen Denmark.

Ingredients
- 50ml Jameson Irish Whiskey
- 10ml Calvados
- The juice of one fresh Granny Smith apple
- 10ml rosemary syrup
- 10ml citron
- 20ml vanilla gomme
- one egg white
- A sprinkle of dried rosemary
How to Make
- Shake 50ml Jameson Select Reserve, 10ml Calvados, the juice of one fresh Granny Smith apple, 10ml rosemary syrup, 10ml citron, 20ml vanilla gomme, one egg white and a sprinkle of dried rosemary together.
- Strain into a glass and serve.
