New Doornfontein currently experiencing power outage
NEW DOORNFONTEIN – City power has apologised to its customers that are affected by the planned power interruption that started at 8 am today (19 February).
City Power has announced that New Doornfontein is currently experiencing a power outage which started at 8am today (19 February).
The outage will last until 4pm this afternoon.
“The power interruption is necessary to do essential maintenance work on our network which is part of our programme of constantly striving to provide better service,” said City Power.
City Power reminded residents that as the power supply may be restored at any time, customers are urged to treat their electricity supply points as live at all times.
