Norwood and Hyde Park: Johannesburg Water to interrupt water supply this week

JOHANNESBURG – Two suburbs will have water outages as Joburg Water conducts maintenance and installation activities.

Johannesburg Water has warned residents from Norwood and Hyde Park of upcoming water supply interruptions.

For Norwood, there will be a planned water supply interruption on 26 May. The suburb will have no water from 9am to 6pm as Johannesburg Water installs fire hydrants and link pipes.

In Hyde Park, Morsim Road will have no water on 28 May. The road will undergo the emergency water shutdown from 8am to 5.30pm as Johannesburg Water conducts a tie-in.
