Boys remember victims of Covid-19 and GBV

MELROSE – Learners wear black armbands for the national week of mourning.

Pridwin Preparatory School boys wore black armbands to remember people who succumbed to Covid-19 and victims of gender-based violence and femicide.

The learners were encouraged to wear black or a black armband for their final chapel service on 27 November.

Marketing manager at the school, Demi-Rae le Roux said, “As a boys’ school we take responsibility for educating our young men. Thank you to our Pridwin Boys and Pridwin community for standing together and supporting this cause.”
