According to President Cyril Ramaphosa, the widespread floods in KwaZulu-Natal is declared a national state of disaster.
After weeks of torrential rain which resulted in one of South Africa’s deadliest natural disasters in Kwazulu-Natal, Rosebank Killarney Gazette asked residents if they believed Joburg was prepared for natural disasters (floods) similar to those experienced in KwaZulu-Natal.
