Another Atholl parkrun for the books

Locals enjoyed the warm sunshine as 234 participants took part in the latest Atholl parkrun in Winston Ridge Park.

234 participants eagerly awaited the start of another Atholl parkrun on May 17.

The event, run over 5km, is organised by 17 volunteers and takes place every Saturday morning in Winston Ridge Park.

Participants ran, jogged, and walked the course, with 45 first timers and 38 new personal bests recorded.

Reetha Nundulall, who celebrated her 100th parkrun, said she was proud of the milestone and would continue as she enjoyed the activity.
