IPID on the hunt for remaining suspects in Killarney precious stones case

The Independent Police Investigative Directorate (IPID) continues to trace suspects connected to the alleged theft of precious stones worth nearly R15m from a Killarney home.

The Independent Police Investigative Directorate (IPID) said it is continuing efforts to search for suspects involved in the alleged theft of precious stones from a home in Killarney.

The suspects allegedly raided the home and stole precious stones worth just under R15m.

According to IPID, three warrants of arrest were effected on July 3. However, not all of the suspects were arrested on that day.
