SAB World of Beer launched these fantastic food and beer pairings last year, and they were a roaring success. Novice or master, it doesn’t matter because even seasoned beer drinkers will be delighted by the artistic fusion of delicious food and fine beer.
The first pairing is set to take place on 13 February, so ladies, this Valentine’s Day it’s time to treat that special man in your life. The incredible menu includes treats such as smoked salmon rosettes on bruschetta with cream cheese and deep-fried capers, strawberry sorbet, a fillet of springbok on mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables, and more, all teamed with beers specifically chosen by the brew master.
