JOHANNESBURG – Forget Twitter or don’t, it’s up to you, but Instagram is where you’ll be able to get an inside peek into the daily lives of your favourite local celebrities!
It’s far too easy to get sucked into browsing through thousands of envious pictures on Instagram, especially when your favourite celebs keep snapping and posting away.

He played Prince Harry Hunkador the Handsome in Janice Honeyman’s Sleeping Beauty at the Joburg Theatre last year, and boy did he live up to that name! Jaftha’s Instagram is packed with snaps of himself dressed in some pretty snazzy suits, loads of drool-worthy workout pics and even some inspirational quotes. Seems like this hunk has a soft side to go with that dazzling smile. He likes going to the movies, drinking coffee, travel and hanging out with other A-listers – obviously!
You’ve seen her on TV, you’ve heard her on 5FM, now you can wish you had her star-studded lifestyle. Matheba is the Queen B of Instagram! When she’s not the ambassador for Revlon Cosmetics or heating things up by posing in Distraction Lingerie from Woolies, Matheba is keeping her fans in the loop with pictures from a ton of glamorous events and selfies with her beautiful friends.
This local comedian may be living it up in New York City, but that doesn’t mean his fans don’t want to know what’s happening on the other side of the globe. His Instagram bio reads, ‘Comedian from South Africa. I was in the crowd when Rafiki held Simba over the edge of the cliff like an African Michael Jackson,’ which just highlights his sense of humour. It seems as if everyone’s favourite funny man struggles with the cold weather over in the Big Apple, but we never get tired of his hilarious snaps – especially when they feature Will Smith, Eddie Murphy, John Legend and his wife Chrissy Teigan!
This actress, TV presenter and fitness model is an absolute stunner. Need we say more? We will anyway … when she’s not blowing us away on the small screen, Du Pont is flaunting her incredible curves in some seriously trendy outfits! If only she’d post the details about where she had shopped too.
