Paul’s Homemade Ice Cream

Inspired by his American family, Paul Ballen began making homemade ice cream and experimenting with different flavours after getting an ice cream machine as a birthday gift. Many experiments later, Ballen and university friend and commodities trader, Josh Amoils partnered to create what Rosebank residents know and love as a sweet spot to find your ice-cream fix.
