Private Property’s The Property Show goes virtual – a first for South Africa

Private Property today launched the Virtual Property Show aimed at innovatively improving consumer engagement in the property sector.

Private Property launched the Virtual Property Show online today. The platform has been created to allow key players in the property sector to engage with consumers in an interactive and innovative way.

The Property Show is wholly owned by Private Property, and will host 10 000 visitors in a virtually exclusive environment. The virtual event will bring together diverse thought leaders and brands who are keen to offer property consumers insights, information and tools required to further their property goals.

“We are excited about this years’ Virtual Property Show because it is an opportunity for us to rethink consumer engagement in the property sector,” Marketing and Brand Executive,Tracey-Lee Miller says.

Miller says the objective of the Virtual Property Show is to allow people to talk to property matters and interact with the biggest property players in the sector.

“Property investment is one of the biggest decisions you will make in your life and we want to be there as the brand that supports you every step of the way,” emphasised Miller.

She says the show’s ultimate objective is to provide an engagement platform for those interested in different aspects of the property market.

The event will have different info-tainment segments, which include specific sessions on bond origination, lending, property buying and selling advice, inspections, property development, influencers, motivational speakers, property enthusiasts and estate agents advice.

The Virtual Property Show will have a reception area, exhibition floor, live webinars, chat functionality and networking rooms. It will also have a main stage for entertainment and on-demand content Library which audiences can access including push notifications.

Some of the confirmed speakers include; Andrew Walker, CEO and Founder of The Property Academy and SA Property Investors Network; Nicolette Mashile, Property Coach, Professional Speaker founder of Financial Fitness Bunnies; Zamantungwa Khumalo, award-winning media and content specialist, and founder of all Things Property SA; Carl van der Berg, Business Development Executive at Private Property; and Rob Van Vuuren, Multi- talented comedian , professional actor, playwright and director.

The show will take place on the 2nd and 3rd October, 2020.
