ZANDILE SHABANGU: Instead of using microwaveable heat packs, I use a hot water bottle because it lasts longer. I don't have to keep on reheating it.
With the winter season underway, we usually use more energy than usual to keep warm. The Sandton Chronicle asked the community how they stay warm without using too much electricity.

MMESI MAKHURA: I try to drink warm beverages such as tea and coffee and I wear winter clothes like jackets and tracksuits.
