The Tears Foundation offers support to victims, specialising in the assistance and support network for survivors of rape and sexual abuse.

The Tears Foundation team, family and friends united at the Bryanston parkrun on April 2 to take part in the #RunningAgainstRape virtual challenge.

The challenge was created by the Jes Foord Foundation to help raise awareness and funds for Tears.
