With over 25 years of experience, the duo made up of Emanuel Bender and Owen Ross will share their knowledge, champion independent music and help bridge the gap between Africa and Europe.

After a selection process to ensure the right talent mix, 12 successful applicants can expect a camp jam-packed with collaboration, workshops and support from industry partners. Selected works will be executive produced by Re.decay and released on RDK Records.

With three workshops, freedom to create, transparent contracts, a listening party to connect with other industry professionals, and all catering needs provided for; this is an opportunity not to be missed.

“In addition to creating an environment where we can all be creative and learn from each other musically, this camp will feature workshops designed to foster an understanding of the music industry,” said Bender.

“Insights from a wide range of industry professionals will provide a transparent view of the difficulties that come with entering such a competitive field, sparking thoughts and conversation about important topics like creativity, self-worth, female empowerment, and organised finances.”

The camp will take place from November 13 to 19 at Jazzworx Studios.
