Complimented by beautiful spring weather, vodka lovers joined forces in their quest to celebrate World Vodka Day with friends and vodka company, Cîroc on October 4.

In the scorching hot sun, invited guests wearing their shades of blue outfits took the opportunity to cool off with a couple of drinks and friends at Riverclub in Sandton. The majority of individuals shared their perfect cocktails recipes and others had the opportunity of learning how to make them.

“Today is all about living like a rockstar and creating an experience for our guests to remember how they can continue to live this lifestyle. Through our celebration of the day, we as Cîroc have also launched the summer citrus flavour to welcome summer. It wasn’t just ‘let us chill and have some drinks’ it was more about learning and hopefully taking the knowledge somewhere else and sharing it with other people,” said the Johannesburg brand ambassador of Diageo, Nicci Denman.

Prominent figures such as the likes of musician Daliwonga, Mihlali Ndamase and Trevor Gumbi shared their time with guests as they celebrated World Vodka Day.
