Hearts illuminated

A night of purpose and hope at the Footprints 4 Sam Gala.

Footprints 4 Sam hosted its annual Illuminate Gala Dinner at the Polo Room, Inanda Club on July 26.

The evening, rich in emotion and generosity, brought together changemakers, medical professionals, and supporters to honour the stories of resilience that define South Africa’s paediatric healthcare landscape.

The elegant evening was more than a fundraising event; it was a tribute to courage and community.

Beautifully hosted by Dr Nokukhanya Khanyile-Lenake, the night unfolded with powerful testimonies, moving tributes, and exceptional performances.

Lenake added that since 2017, Footprints 4 Sam has been a beacon for underprivileged children with chronic and life-limiting illnesses.

“Through six core initiatives, the organisation uplifts families, medical teams, and little warriors across the country, turning hardship into hope.”

As dinner was served and stories shared, the room pulsed with purpose.

Every rand raised at the event’s auction will go directly to continuing this vital work.
