Speed limit is ridiculous

Congratulations to all involved and the wonderful people in the team for organising the first of many MAD meetings, held at the Rivonia Hall.

Thank you sincerely for the sponsored venue, thank you to Joanne Mayes for taking the time to help with registration and data capturing, and thanks so much Asne for doing drops from FIRZT Realty into the boxes in the area – this brought many good folk to the first meeting.

A special thanks goes to the two Captains and the Sector manager from Sandton Police Station for attending the meeting. They added huge value.

We had 16 participants arrive for their first meeting and I am sure, with great support, we can vastly increase attendance: this is a numbers game, so thanks a million for the help in swelling the numbers and getting the message out to the community.

Thank you to all residents who have seen the merit in motivating and sending their staff to learn invaluable lessons that must surely impact on the crime challenge in this great suburb!
