JOBURG – Model and social media influencer Shashi Naidoo will go on a fact-finding trip to Palestine following a backlash from comments she made about Gaza.
Model and social media influencer Shashi Naidoo held a press conference with Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) South Africa following a backlash she received from calling Gaza a ‘sh*thole’ in an Instagram comment.
Naidoo has since apologised for the incident and will be going on a fact-finding trip to Palestine to educate herself about issues in the area.
