Husband gets time for the murder of his wife

SUNNINGHILL – Poliakov will face a duration of 14 years in prison. The accused was convicted on September 29 for 1 count of murder.

Daniel Motelevich Poliakov was found guilty at the Johannesburg High Court on September 29 for the murder of his wife .

The murder took place in Tana Place which is located in Sunninghill. The victim was shot and pronounced dead at the scene. He was later arrested on the same day of the murder which occurred in 2017. Poliakov will face a duration of 14 years in prison.

“Detective Warrant Officer Nkhumeleni Mamilasigidi presented imperative evidence during court proceedings which resulted to this sentence,” says Captain of Sandton SAPS, Bheki Xulu.
