The annual fundraiser promises a day filled with activities that encourage participation from all walks of life.
Beginning at 08:30, attendees can enjoy a variety of classes, including sunrise yoga, barre, pilates, and expressive movement, each designed to promote health while raising funds for a vital cause.
Live DJ beats will set the atmosphere, complemented by food stalls and coffee vendors to keep participants energised throughout the event.
The aim is not only to raise funds but also to spread hope for women across South Africa through crucial breast cancer screenings.
With ticket sales now open on Quicket, the event welcomes individuals of all fitness levels, with no prior pilates experience required.

It is a fantastic opportunity to bring friends, family, and colleagues together for a morning of fitness and fun, all while contributing to a life-saving cause.
All proceeds will benefit ILoveBoobies, an organisation committed to providing essential breast health services, including screenings, to women in need.
The schedule features a 45-minute session for each class, allowing participants the option to attend one or all four classes throughout the morning.
The lineup begins with yoga to promote calm and clarity, followed by barre to enhance strength and flexibility, pilates for core engagement, and concluding with expressive movement to encourage creativity and self-expression.
For those unable to attend, there are still ways to support the initiative. Participants can sponsor a ticket for a young woman from the Home of Hope for Girls, providing her the chance to experience this uplifting event.
Clarisa Strack van Schyndel, the event organiser at COCO Pilates, emphasises the goal of fostering a sense of community. “We want to create a space where people can come together not just for fitness, but for a larger purpose,” she said.
Tickets are priced at R400 per person, with all proceeds directly benefitting ILoveBoobies.
For further information or to make a donation, interested parties can contact Clarisa at 083 267 6551 or email admin@cocopilates.co.za. Join COCO Pilates this November to stretch, strengthen, and support a meaningful cause.
