Kids of Discovery bend it like Beckham
Parkmore based football establishment Discovery Soccer Park share the results for the 2022 Spring League Tournament, q U6– Liverpool Lovers, Balfour Park, Tuks, Pro Atletico, Pro Atletico, BP Lions, Pro Atletico, Super Mocks
Discovery Soccer Park based in Parkmore welcomed more than 50 youth teams to participate in the annual soccer tournament which according to representatives, was the most competitive one to date.
The annual Spring League Tournament saw 73 teams from age groups U6 to U13 participating.
According to tournament director Patric Murphy, the main purpose of the competition was to empower more players in various clubs to exhibit their talents on the pitch.

“Over 200 games were played over the course of the five-week event. We at Discovery Soccer Park are passionate about youth soccer and the development of youth soccer… We are looking forward to seeing more clubs involved in the next tournament,” said Murphy.
Winners of the tournament (Saturday):
- U6 – Thunder Runners
- U7 – Samurai Warriors
- U8 – Discovery Strikers
- U9 – Pro Atletico.
