Ward 104 councillor, Emi Koekemoer looks forward to the work that can be done in 2023
The ward councillor for Ferndale and Fontaiebleau looks forward to the work that will be done this year.
Ward 104 councillor Emi Koekemoer writes:
As we start another year of the golden repair of the city of Johannesburg, I am excited about what lies ahead this year.
We will be starting the year with service delivery open days in Ward 104 to allow residents to engage directly with entity representatives and our ward committee that was elected in 2022.

Residents can also look forward to the Joburg Water depot being completed in September and Brynorth substation receiving some much-needed attention to reduce outages. City Power is also embarking on a community partnership programme to secure substations that will reduce the risk to our fragile infrastructure.
I would like to remind residents that City officials can only fix issues if they are aware of them and it is therefore vitally important for residents to continue reporting service delivery issues to City entities.
I am available to assist and can be contacted via email (emi.ward104cllr@gmail.com), WhatsApp 061 359 8441, Twitter @Emi_Koekemoer, and we have established new Ward 104 notice groups on WhatsApp to keep residents informed on what’s happening in the ward (WhatsApp for more info).
Together we get things done.
