Michael Mount, Crawford International Sandton, Redhill, and St David’s Marist Inanda were some of the schools around the Sandton area which did not hide the excellent work of their learners.

With a 100% pass rate from the above-mentioned school, it is evident that the Class of ’22 went all out to make sure that they approach their dreams without any challenges.

“I am absolutely proud of my young girl for all the hard work and sacrifices she made to get here. I do want to acknowledge that a child is not raised by parents or a single parent, but by a community. Her community truly made her a step closer to accomplishing her dreams,” said Namhla Mxenge, parent of Michael Mount’s top achiever for 2022.

A few learners were more than thrilled to share some of their future plans during the celebration.

“It’s good to see that all my hard work paid off in the end. My plan is to study computer science at Wits and see where it takes me. Also hoping that my team Arsenal wins the league to make my year perfect,” said Matthew Purkiss, Crawford International Sandton School.

“We are celebrating our fantastic learners and their incredible results. We have received brilliant results in both our international baccalaureate and IEB. For the learners, whatever your results are, you are amazing, and you will find your way. For the parents, never stop encouraging and supporting your child, they are the future leaders of this country,” concluded the executive head of Redhill, Joseph Gerassi.
