“2025 is a year of hope. It is also a critical time as we gear up for the next municipal and ward elections. My focus is on what my residents need most; your safety, your well-being, and better service delivery.”
Harman acknowledges the challenges facing the City of Johannesburg but remains steadfast in her determination to drive change.

“I wish I had a magic wand to fix everything in the blink of an eye, but I don’t. What I do have is the unwavering commitment to fight for Ward 102.”

“Let’s stand together as active citizens, working towards the ward we all believe in; a place we are proud to call home. If you believe in it, you can conceive and achieve it.”
