Checkers unveils upscale FreshX store at Hyde Park Corner
Media and guests got a first look at the new FreshX-style Checkers in Hyde Park, which officially opens today, complete with local produce, tastings, and modern design.
The atmosphere was buzzing at Hyde Park Corner as members of the media and Checkers staff gathered on July 30 for a special preview of the brand-new Checkers store, open to the public as of today [July 31].
Designed with a sleek, modern layout and curated to suit the upmarket Hyde Park customer, the store forms part of Checkers’ continued expansion of its FreshX and premium retail offerings.

Guests were treated to an exclusive walkthrough of the store’s standout features, which include an in-store coffee station, a fresh produce section with locally sourced items, and a wellness aisle catering to health-conscious shoppers.
The event also featured product tastings from KAUAI, staff introductions, and a behind-the-scenes look at the technologies powering the store’s improved efficiency and customer service while sipping wine.
