Dressed in bold red, the unapologetic dress code of the day, attendees gathered to explore the three elements at the heart of Mohamed’s framework: Voice, story, and impact.
“Before you open up,” Mohamed said, “before you tell your story, you need to know what outcome you want to create.”

She added that influence is emotional first, and intellectual second. The influence equation teaches that the voice needs intention and the story needs integrity, together they create impact, and impart influence.

For Mohamed, the lesson extends beyond boardrooms and presentations. “You can apply this in every settings, with your children, your partner, or your friends. Decide what you want people to feel, what you want them to take away, and what you want them to do next.”
