Change Bible Church Sandton invites community to free health screenings
Free health screenings, a children’s 3km walk, a life-saving blood donation drive, and a mission to collect 69 more school shoes. Change Bible Church Sandton is calling on the community to show up, get healthy, and give hope.
Change Bible Church (CBC) Sandton is gearing up for its highly anticipated annual Health Day on December 13 from 8:30 to 3:00.
The church is extending a warm invitation to the public to participate in a day dedicated to wellness, community impact, and meaningful outreach.

With a vision to promote holistic well-being within the Sandton community, the Health Day offers free dental and general health screenings, empowering individuals to take charge of their health through early detection and preventive care.
In partnership with the South African National Blood Services (SANBS), the church will also host a blood donation drive, giving residents the chance to save lives.
This year’s event is supported by valued partners SANBS, Herbalife, i-Health, and Cure Wise, aligning resources to strengthen community wellness.
Among the exciting additions to this year’s programme is a 3km walk exclusively for children aged 2 to 11, complementing the popular 5km adult walk/run.
Evangelism ministry leader Mpho Nhlapho expressed heartfelt enthusiasm about this year’s outreach.

“Our Annual Health Day is more than an event; it’s an act of service. We want every person who walks through our gates to feel valued, informed, and supported. Preventive healthcare should not be a privilege; it should be accessible to everyone.
“General and dental screenings are open to all, but children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Blood donations will follow SANBS eligibility guidelines.”
CBC Sandton is also running a School Shoe Drive aimed at ensuring children begin the 2026 school year with dignity.
The church has already secured 31 pairs and urgently calls on the public to help reach the 100-pair target by donating the remaining 69 pairs.
Those unable to attend the Health Day can still contribute to the School Shoe Drive by purchasing a R150 donation ticket via Quicket: https://qkt.io/HsO1Gw.
“We invite everyone, families, young people, and seniors to join us on December 13. Come get your free health screenings, donate blood, bring the children, and be part of a day that uplifts our entire community.”
