Wanted: David Desmond Edward Powell
VEREENIGING. - The Specialized Commercial Crimes Unit of the Directorate Priority Crime Investigation Unit and IRS Forensic Investigations are currently looking to apprehend David Desmond Edward Powell. The suspect was most recently staying in Three Rivers and has been spotted at shopping centres throughout the Vaal Triangle.
VEREENIGING. – The Specialized Commercial Crimes Unit of the Directorate Priority Crime Investigation Unit and IRS Forensic Investigations are currently looking to apprehend David Desmond Edward Powell.
The suspect was most recently staying in Three Rivers and has been spotted at shopping centres throughout the Vaal Triangle.
A warrant of arrest has been issued for his arrest. Powell is wanted on multiple cases of advance fee fraud totaling in excess of R20 million. Powell is known to frequent casinos, horse racing tracks and off-course bookmakers.
