Barney Sports School Tournament to resume when schools re-open

EVATON.- Barney Sports School Tournament has has been suspended until further notice.

This was revealed to Sedibeng Ster Sport by the foundation chairman Moses Vanto saying this followed nationwide lockdown which expected in the might night.
Vanto said the games will resumes as soon as everything goes back to its normal. This nationwide lockdown has since affected many sporting activities in the country especially the PSL matches.
The schools that form part of this Barney Sports School Tournament are Maxeke Secondary, Sehopotso, Beverly Hills High, Ruta-Sechaba, Qedilizwe, E.D Mashabane, Thandokwazi, Poelano, Tharabollo and Kguto-Tharo Secondary School.
“We have already informed the schools principals that the games will continue when things are back to normal. As Barney Sports School Tournament organisers we appeal to every one to  be cooperative during this nationwide lockdown.  It is for our own safety to comply and was our hand regularly and keep social distance like President Cyril Ramaphosa has indicated,” concludes Vanto.
