Showing leadership from a young age

The Prefects of Vaal Triangle Primary School are on a mission to ensure they give extra love back to their community at least twice a term.

VANDERBIJLPARK.- To show that they care, the Prefects of Vaal Triangle Primary (VTP) School in Vanderbijlpark shared their love in a slightly different way this year.
The leaders decided to give love to the community by helping clean an area close to their school. This took place on Joseph Addison Avenue last Friday morning.
According to Mrs Muller, Principal of Vaal Triangle Primary School, there has been an influx of unnecessary ‘dumping’ close to the school and VTP staff, learners and parents are tired of it

“So, we decided to take ‘cleaning up’ into our own hands. It is important to maintain a clean environment in and around a school, not only for image purposes but for health purposes too. The Prefects of Vaal Triangle Primary School are on a mission to ensure they give extra love back to their community at least twice a term,” she said.

*Applications for admission at the school for 2021 are still open and prospective parents can go to www.vaaltriangleprimary.co.za for more information.
