SHARPEVILLE.- Bona Lesedi Day Care Centre embarked on a campaign cleaning dumping sites in Tshepiso Phase 3, Sharpeville recently. The cleaning campaign was part of Bona Lesedi Day Care teaching the young ones how to keep their community clean. Speaking to Sedibeng Ster, Bona Lesedi Day Care Centre owner, Sarah Molopa said the main purpose of this initiative was to teach the children the importance of a clean environment in the community. “This is part of education for these young children to learn about a clean environment at a young age. They are the future leaders, and it is important for them to understand these are some of the first priority projects for any leader. It was a great experience for them, and they were excited to be part of this campaign. We want to encourage other organisations to join hands to make sure that our environment is clean,” she concluded.
