SEDIBENG.- A man in his 40s and a woman in her 30s were critically injured  when their vehicle rolled off a gravel road near the R716 between Denneysville and Heilbron on Friday afternoon.

ER24 paramedics arrived at 16:08 to find the Provincial EMS already in attendance. A car was found upright on the side of the road. A man was seated next to the vehicle while the Provincial paramedics were assessing a woman.

On assessment, medics found that both the man and woman had sustained critical injuries. The patients were treated and provided with advanced life support intervention before the woman was airlifted by a private medical helicopter while the man was transported by ambulance.
