Mogoje is a man on a mission

Mogoje said that Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper, Itumeleng Khune will remain the best goalkeeper in South Africa because he went through development structures at a very young age.

SEBOKENG.- Peter Mogoje is the man in mission to develop goalkeepers at a young age with his goalkeeper’s programme that take place at Saul Tsotetsi Sports Complex in Zone 14, Sebokeng on Saturdays. The programme targets young goalkeepers whose ambition is to become best goalkeepers. Mogoje started this programme during the lockdown to keep those young goalkeepers busy as they were frustrated by lockdown. Speaking to Sedibeng Ster Sport, Mogoje who is former goalkeeper himself, said that when you start training them at a young age they will develop to be great goalkeepers. He said the development of goalkeepers should start from the young age and believes that this is the biggest challenge in South African football. Mogoje said that Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper, Itumeleng Khune will remain the best goalkeeper in South Africa because he went through development structures at a very young age. Mogoje is a former Orange Vaal Professional Goalkeepers Coach when the club was still campaign in the ABC Motsepe League
