Dinokeng FC top of Boitshepiville Stream

The tempos were also flying high as one of Piano Stars FC players was sent to the stands for misconduct.

SHARPEVILLE.- Dinokeng FC looks set to be crowned the Boitshepiville Stream champions if their recent performance is anything to go by. Dinokeng FC demonstrated their urge to be crowned the stream champions when they beat Piano Stars FC in the Emfuleni Local Football Association’s (ELFA) Super League match at George Thabe Stadium over the weekend.

The team showed their determination from the first whistle when they attacked their opponents from all angles but missed clear cut chances in the open stage of the game. At one stage they missed one in one situation with the Piano Stars FC goalkeeper well beaten but they would either shoot wide or straight to the keeper. However, their persistence was finally rewarded when they broke the deadline to take a lead 1-0. At this stage, they threw everything at their opponents in search of the second goal. However, Piano didn’t fold their arms as they also threw everything at their opponents. The tempos were also flying high as one of Piano Stars FC players was sent to the stands for misconduct.

But having said that, Dinokeng FC look set to be crowned champions. Comparing them to the second and third placed teams, there is a huge gap. Despite the tempos flying high, it was an exciting game of football to watch with both teams throwing missiles at each other.
Meanwhile, in the Evaton Stream, Celta Vigo Development FC also looks set to be crowned the champions in this stream sitting at the summit of the log standings. In the Vanderbijlpark Stream, there are interesting developments with the top five teams looking set to be crowned champions in the league with the second round of the 2021/2022 season starting over the weekend.
