Security strike wage settlement reached

The South African National Security Employers’ Association (SANSEA) confirmed that after a series of ongoing negotiations, it was pleased to report that an agreement had been reached on Tuesday.

SEDIBENG.- Wahl Bartmann (pictured), CEO of the Fidelity Services Group, the largest employer in the sector, confirmed the parties had reach agreement for the next four years, effective 1 March 2023.


Bartmann said that he believes that this is a fair and reasonable agreement for all parties. He confirmed the process had been conducted under the auspices of the newly formed Bargaining Council for the Private Security Sector.
