Man wanted after burglary at Bedworthpark centre

VANDERBIJLPARK – Sedibeng Cluster police urge the public for assistance following a burglary that occurred on March 24 at the Sportscene store in Bedworthpark Centre.

According to initial reports, unknown suspects unlawfully gained entry into the store, causing damage and stealing merchandise.

In a statement issued by Sedibeng police spokesperson Sergeant Thembeka Maxambela, SAPS is currently reviewing available surveillance footage and encourages anyone who may recognise
individuals from the footage, whether seen in-store or shared publicly, to come forward.

“Community members are urged to report any relevant information to assist in solving the case. Anyone with information that can aid the investigation is encouraged to contact the branch commander Colonel Thithi or Detective Constable Zengele on 082 778 5945, the Vereeniging Police Station, or reach out anonymously through Crime Stop on 08600 10111,” she said.
