VAAL .- A man was stabilised after suffering a suspected cardiac problem on the side of the road.

The incident happened on Monday, January 01.

Cert SA reports that its Vaal crew received a call for a male patient who had collapsed on the side of the road.

“When we arrived on the scene, we found a male patient lying on the side of the road. We assessed the patient and determined that he could be experiencing a cardiac problem. We then stabilized him on the scene and waited until a state ambulance arrived. The patient was then transported to a nearby facility.

Prospect Security and Gauteng Emergency Medical Services were present on the scene for further assistance.
