BARRAGE.- The Barrage Social crime held a sports against crime in Vaaloewer in celebration of Youth Month recently.

Police spokesperson, Sergeant Nombulelo Mohlakoana said that issues addressed on the day included addressed were drugs abuse and alcohol abuse.

“Stakeholders present were Lavena Roman Catholic Church, Rand Water, Community safety, CPF, Youth Crime Prevention, Patrollers and The Barrage SAPS management. They played with community from Lochvaal, Barrage and Vaaloewer.”
