SEBOKENG. – Police have launched a manhunt following the brutal murder of 31-year-old Thabo Phillips, who was shot multiple times in Kanana on Sunday, December 15.
According to reports, the suspect fired several shots at Phillips before fleeing the scene with an accomplice. Witnesses claim the duo collected the spent cartridges before disappearing. Sebokeng police spokesperson Sergeant Nthabiseng Mokhachane confirmed the killing and said that the motive behind the killing remains unknown.
“We are calling on anyone with details to contact us. Community cooperation is essential to solving this case and ensuring justice is served,” said Mokhachane.
