Power outages in different areas due to bad weather

SEDIBENG.- Because of recent bad weather conditions that damaged 11kV overhead power lines, the Emfuleni Local Municipality (ELM) has announced today, Tuesday, December 17, that it is experiencing outages in Tshepong, Eatonside, Dreamlands, Lanteland, Helenasrus, Jackalsrand and Houtkop Plots.
Electricity teams have been dispatched to affected areas.
“No estimated time of restoration (ETR) can be shared at this stage however, the municipality is pleading for patience from affected consumers. We apologise for the inconvenience.”
