SEDIBENG.- Vispol Commander Warrant Officer Russel and Flash Sergeant Van Der Berg of Vaal Marina SAPS found it necessary to assist the Vaal Marina police station and community with cutting of grass inside the police station on Tuesday.

Police spokesperson, Constable Tshilidzi de Huis said that since it is rainy season the grass grows extremely fast everyday and that is dangerous to both community and members of SAPS.

” Then Warrant officer Pieter Viljoen received another hand of assistance from Mr Billy and his son Kyle Van Rooyen. The Vaal marina community is now going to get assistance in a nice, clean and safe environment. The aim of cutting the grass is to prevent crime and make sure the community feel safe when getting their service. A special appreciation goes out from Vaal Marina Station Commander JB Greyling”
