Letsatsi recognised as player in the event planning business

Minister of Tourism Patricia de Lille said professionalisation of the Events sector is key in maintaining South Africa's status as the number one ranked Country for business events in Africa and the Middle East.

VEREENIGING – Vaal’s own events practitioner, Yolanda Letsatsi, popularly known for her annual event, ‘Women’s Healing Table,’ was recently recognised for her contribution to events management after receiving a certificate making her a Certified Events Practitioner (CEP).

Letsatsi was a delegate at the recent Meetings Africa event, which was held from February 24 to 26 at the Sandton Convention Centre.

Letsatsi explains the event’s role and function as fostering strong relationships and collaborations to drive the continent’s success in business tourism.
“I completed the 12 Module course and received a designation badge and designation as a Certified Event Practitioner.”

“It was an incredible experience. As a business owner, I was impressed by the endless networking opportunities and the chance to showcase our products and services.”
