Diboko blows audiences’ minds

SEBOKENG.- As predicted Diboko Arts Production Theatre play blew the audiences’ minds. This exciting African play was launched at the popular Eldorado Community Hall in Zone 14 on Saturday.
The local community came in numbers to witness this extraordinary play taking them on a journey through the rich culture and heritage of African clans. Those in attendance went home well-informed and educated about the rich cultural and heritage of Afrika.
Concertgoers enjoyed a hive of activities in the form of stories, music, and dance to showcase the diversity and resilience of African tradition. It was a day not to be forgotten. The play was written and produced by Thabiso Poncane with Shane Popi as the director.
Speaking to Sedibeng Ster , Zakes Phali said the play achieved its mission to share the diversity and resilience of African tradition.
“It was a mind-blowing play and we delivered our promises on the day. I have no doubt that everyone went home with something. We want to thank those who came to support us especially to witness the talent we have in this region,” he concluded.
