Boxer is committed to empowering the next generation of great leaders from your community!

SEDIBENG.- Young leaders from Gauteng, together with peers from across South Africa, recently participated in the 23rd annual Boxer Youth Leadership Programme (BYLP) in Zinkwazi, KwaZulu-Natal.

This life-changing experience, fully sponsored by Boxer and supported by popular food brand Danone, was designed to equip the participants with leadership skills, confidence, and friendships that will last a lifetime.

A Transformational Experience for Gauteng’s Future Leaders

“This year’s BYLP was truly special,” said Boxer Group Executive for Stakeholder Engagement and Sustainability, Ntombi Dludla. “These remarkable young leaders from Sebokeng, Lenasia, Palm Springs, Protea Glen, and Tshepiso embraced every challenge and made the most of every opportunity. They return home with valuable skills, new friendships, and a greater understanding of their leadership potential.”

Boxer remains committed to uplifting communities by shaping the next generation of leaders.

“We are excited to open entries once again next year and look forward to welcoming another group of inspiring young people from Gauteng,” Dludla added.

An Unforgettable Week of Learning and Adventure

The young leaders from Gauteng arrived in KwaZulu-Natal to a warm welcome and received branded BYLP gear. Their week was filled with exciting challenges and valuable lessons:

Outdoor Adventures: Abseiling, ocean swims, and team challenges pushed them beyond their limits—many experiencing a flight or the ocean for the first time!

Leadership Workshops: Sessions focused on communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.

Inspiring Speakers: Industry experts motivated them to dream big and take charge of their futures.

The 2025 BYLP concluded with a graduation ceremony, where participants showcased their talents before a celebratory awards dinner.
