SEBOKENG.-The Sebokeng police are looking for Xolani Innocent Mofokeng.

Mofokeng is said to have failed to attend an ongoing case of a murder that took place in August 2022. According to police reports,on August 06, 022, Mofokeng allegedly stabbed Thapelo Modise to death and was arrested.

He has failed to appear in court.

“It is currently unknown where he is hiding and the authorities are actively pursuing leads and plead with the community members to assist in locating the suspect,” police spokesperson, Sergeant Nthabiseng Mokhachane said.

Brigadier Thembekile Kubone added that the police are working tirelessly to apprehend Mofokeng.

“We appeal to anyone who recognises the suspect or has information about his whereabouts to come forward. Anyone with information is urged to contact Colonel Khoza on 082 778 7936, visit their nearest police station, or call Crime Stop on 08600 10111, 10111, 112 or alternatively via MYSAPS,” Mokhachane pleaded.
