Team Tshabangu walks for mental health

"We're excited to share our journey and inspire others to prioritise their mental well-being.”

SEBOKENG.- Team Tshabangu will be embarking on a walk from Vanderbijlpark to Durban, to raise awareness about mental health later this month.

The team,  made up of Jabulani Tshabangu and Paseka Kubeka from Polokong, outside Sebokeng, said that their goal is to spread a powerful message of hope and resilience, and the walk will start on August 22.

Their past initiative, also a walk, took them to Cape Town.

“Our goal is to spread a powerful message of hope and resilience, and we believe your platform would be instrumental in helping us reach a wider audience.”

The pair are dancers specialising in various styles.

“We’re planning to embark on a walk from Vanderbijlpark to Durban, starting on August 22, to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma around mental health issues. We’re excited to share our journey and inspire others to prioritise their mental well-being.”

Team Shabangu would gladly welcome any form of donations from the public to make the walk a success.
