Starting and ending at Stonehaven, the Vaal River was transformed into a vibrant, moving celebration.

Engines roared and music filled the air as friends and families cruised together, waving South African flags and enjoying the start of spring.

From brightly decorated pontoons to high-speed jetskis, the flotilla was a colourful sight that marked the beginning of a new boating season on the Vaal.

Spectators lined the riverbanks, cheering and waving back at the passing boats. Some participants brought their pets along for the ride, while others turned their decks into floating lounges, complete with snacks, braais, and speakers pumping their favourite tunes.
