SEBOKENG.- An attempted murder investigation is underway after a twenty-eight-year-old man was shot on the Boiketlong railway lines, in Sebokeng, on Tuesday.
It is said that the Sebokeng police were summoned to the railway lines, and on arrival they found Emergency Medical Services (EMS) busy attending to the injured man.
“It is alleged that the victim was shot on both legs in the early hours. The reason behind the shooting was not yet disclosed as the victim was sedated and we (the police) were unable to obtain his statement,” said police spokesperson, Sergeant Nthabiseng Mokhachane.
